Based on the information received during your free consultation (or form submission), I meticulously capture the qualities that make each person unique. This allows me to create a piece of written art that is engaging, emotionally impactful, and truly reflective of the individuality of the honoree. 

All work is electronically transmitted as a PDF or Word document based on your preference. Work begins when full payment is received. Once you receive your watermarked draft, you must make edits within designated timeframe to avoid any delays in delivery.

During the complimentary consultation, we will go over your desired poetry or tribute(s), the occasion, timeframe, deliverables, and payment details. If you’re unable to attend a consultation, a questionnaire can be provided to gather the necessary information. You will receive a follow-up email summarizing our discussion and an invoice tailored to your requested services. Due to the personalized nature of this offering, full payment is required before work begins to ensure a smooth process and timely delivery. 

Yes, expedited service is available for an additional $100 for the Poetic Touch & Tributes Collection. The expedited fee reduces the delivery time by half of the listed timeframe. 

Due to the time-sensitive nature of memorials, all Timeless Tributes are expedited, and the cost is included with this service.
